PB&J Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup lowfat milk
⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen banana (about 1 medium banana)
½ cup frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
¼ cup oats
Directions
Add milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, strawberries, oats and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
