How it works.

Enroll in the program.
Sign up with us, and we’ll check with your health plan to see if you’re eligible. You’ll receive a text message to get started.

Select a tailored grocery order.
Our dietitians have tailored Grocery Orders to meet your nutritional, dietary, and situational needs.

We’ll handle the rest.
Once you’ve confirmed your order, you pick when and where your groceries get delivered.

What’s included in a Bento Health order?
Bento Health has a variety of orders tailored to your specific medical needs by our team of Registered Dietitians. Each order contains items from around the store, including meat, fish, beans, grains, healthy fats like peanut butter and olive oil, fruits, veggies, spices, and pantry staples.
You can choose from our menu of orders each week, and Bento Health provides you with meal ideas, recipes, and tips for getting the most out of each order.

How to order

1. Sign In
Once you’re approved, we’ll text you a link to our ordering page, where you can begin placing your orders every 7 days.
We’ll send you a One Time Passcode before you can log in.

2. Select Your Groceries
Select your groceries from the list of options available. Your options are specially tailored to your nutritional needs by Registered Dietitians.
You can click on each option to see exactly what will be included in the order.
If you have a special dietary restriction (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.), you can update your preferences at this time.

3. Select Your Delivery Schedule
Select a day and a 2-hour delivery window from the slots available.
You’ll see a summary of your order. If everything looks correct, including your delivery address, hit submit. We’ll text you with order updates.

Your phone number is used to verify your identity and create your Bento Health account. Once you’re enrolled, we'll text you a code so you can log in and order groceries.
