Spinach and Banana Power Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup skim milk

¾ cup packed fresh spinach leaves

1 large banana, sliced

½ avocado

⅓ cup part skim, ricotta


Directions

Blend milk, ricotta, avocado and spinach together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and pulse until thoroughly blended.
