Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 ¼ inch cubes

1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp dried Italian seasoning

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Kabob skewers

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Add to a shallow bowl and set aside.

  2. Prepare the marinade by whisking Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, black pepper and garlic powder together in a bowl. Pour over the chicken and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes (and up to 8 hours) in the fridge.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400-450℉).

  4. Assemble kabobs by threading the chicken, onions, and bell peppers onto skewers alternating as you go.

  5. Place kabobs directly on the grate of the preheated grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
