Edamame Guacamole
Ingredients
½ cup edamame
½ avocado
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp onion
1 Tbsp jalapeno, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 stalks of celery, cut into thirds
Directions
Mash avocado with the tines of the fork. Mix in edamame, cilantro, garlic, onion and jalapeno.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Eat with stalks of celery.
