Edamame Guacamole

Ingredients

½ cup edamame

½ avocado

2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp onion

1 Tbsp jalapeno, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

2 stalks of celery, cut into thirds


Directions

  • Mash avocado with the tines of the fork. Mix in edamame, cilantro, garlic, onion and jalapeno.

  • Add salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Eat with stalks of celery.
