Who can order?
Bento is free for eligible Molina Medicaid members in Los Angeles, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, and San Diego with a health condition or a recent hospital discharge who meet eligibility criteria. All it takes is your phone number to start.
Note: Qualification is not impacted by immigration status, employment status, or nationality. If you are a member of Molina Medicaid and have a health condition, you can apply.
