One Pan Ranch Chicken & Vegetables
Ingredients
6 red potatoes, quartered
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 red onion, sliced
4 Tbsp ranch dressing
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ tsp pepper
1 lemon, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine all of the vegetables. Pour in 3 Tbsp of ranch dressing and toss to coat. Set aside.
Place chicken in a line down the center of the baking sheet. Brush liberally with the remaining ranch dressing.
Arrange vegetables around the chicken. Sprinkle with pepper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with sliced lemon and serve.
