Microwave Banana Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
¾ tsp Cinnamon
3 Bananas
12 oz Silken Tofu
¾ tsp Baking Powder
1.5 Cups Rolled Oats
Directions
Grease a microwave-safe mug or dish with cooking spray.
Place banana and silken tofu in a bowl and mash together with a fork.
Add oats, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir well to combine.
Transfer the oat mixture to the greased microwave dish and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
Cool for a couple of minutes, then drizzle with peanut butter.
