Burgers with Cheese, Tomato & Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef 
- 1 large egg 
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped) 
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper * 
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped) * 
- Small tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds 
- Avocado, sliced 
- Cheddar cheese slices 
- Cooking spray * 
- 12 whole-wheat buns - * Ingredients not provided in Kit 
Directions
- In a large bowl mix ground meat, egg, onion, black pepper and garlic. 
- Form 4 patties and set on a plate. 
- Coat a heavy skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium heat. Add the sliders and cook 2-3 minutes per side. 
- When burgers are ready, remove from heat and serve on a bun with desired toppings such as cheese, tomato, and avocado.
